经过西湖看到这个酒店，环境很不错，网上看一下价格，性价比能接受，服务员的态度很好，帮我们把行李搬到房间，需要什么都能尽量满足，好喜欢酒店洗发水的味道，能问问哪里买的不！下次来我一定还会选择这里，房间空气很好，卫生也很好

过年服务人员态度超赞！宾至如归！
南楼窗户如果贴个膜，里面能看到外面，外面看不到里面更好！吹风机落后了，功率大一点较好。
刷卡出门就是西湖，地理位置得天独厚！
