北京老牌五星级酒店，位置非常好，长安街边上挨着东方新天地，去王府井逛街或者去天安门故宫周边游玩很方便。酒店服务还不错，一进门有礼宾员帮忙开车门并且拿行李，前台态度也还好会主动问好，服务没有问题。缺点在于酒店真是过于老了，房间非常小，床很窄，淋浴间下水堵塞，各种设施设备有点旧，比起其他近几年新盖的五星酒店，君悦应该好好重新装修一下。

高大上的地方让我想起香港的感觉，一样的房间一样的服务，前台忙的很，客人排队入住很多人，退房可以直接把房卡放在便捷信箱，很方便客人，退房延迟到了下午14点，很感谢🙏
