一直想去君悦的游泳池带孩子玩玩儿，就订了一个晚上，总体饭店住的不错，房间乾净整洁，公寓边虽然需要换乘电梯，但是指示明确不难找。酒店客房服务响应速度快，床垫很舒服。网红游泳池水温28度，不太适合冬天带孩子来，只有几个小池子能泡。夏天可能更好。酒店和商场无缝连结，挺好。

地段一流，出门就是长安街、王府井。高端大气、服务上乘，性价比高。入住时前台赵欣雨贴心升级安排，房间宽敞、窗外景观颇好，能看到协和和故宫。小管家Betty 和Anya也很尽责。二楼晚上自助海鲜餐环境好，服务不错，三文鱼、大螃蟹应有尽有。酥园的点心蛋糕漂亮新颖，文创食品好吃又好看。一楼大堂吧，阳光下的惬意；晚间酒吧氛围也不错，有助唱，适合睡前喝一杯。这是家让人舒服欢喜的酒店，下回还会选这里。对了，早餐也还不错的。唯一遗憾的是因时间紧，热带雨林风的泳池与健身房早6点开到晚23点，这次未及去体验。下回吧。还有，从酒店去东方新天地很方便，直接连着，购物吃饭均非常方便。北京之行，首选入住地。

The service was excellent. We stayed there for 6 days and 5 nights. Although we were initially assigned to a room with a smoking smell (despite booking a non-smoking room), after providing feedback, the staff offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. We truly appreciated the upgrade.?
The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to subway stations and Wangfujing Shopping Street. Breakfast was included, with a wide variety of food options, and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Thank you Grant Hyatt staff for hosting us! :)

这次入住 Grand Hyatt Beijing 真的超出预期！前台小姐姐Ayesha特别热情，看我带着孩子还主动安排了小童备品，全程耐心解答各种问题。客房打扫得特别乾净，床品柔软舒服，一夜好眠。早餐的种类超级丰富，中西式都有，味道绝了。退房也会第一时间问候感受，真的感受到了满满的诚意，下次来北京一定还选这里！

I wanted to specifically commend Amy and Susie from Beijing JunYue Hotel! During our stay with our family, the elderly were somewhat unfamiliar with the surroundings. Susie patiently calmed them down and provided detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, offering service as warm and considerate as family members. Amy demonstrated exceptional efficiency during the check-in process, making it quick and efficient, so the elderly didn’t have to stand for long. Susie and her team provided both speed and warmth in their service, making our entire family feel very comfortable. Next time we plan a family trip, we’ll definitely choose this place!

酒店位置超级好，步行到天安门广场十几分钟，下楼就是王府井，工作人员态度很好，唯一的遗憾就是游泳池在装修，下次有机会会再来的。最后谢谢吴东明小哥哥送给小宝的礼物～

不错的体验
之前看很多人评价在装修有点嘈杂，房间有点老久
有些担心
五一长假第一天一家四口住酒店，准备看升国旗，周边深度游
实际早上小孩起不来没看成升国旗，不过王府井大街和周边胡同里人很少，带小孩深度体验挺好的
表扬前厅副经理陈海涛，服务很好，看见我们带2个小孩，还免费提供了加床服务
