酒店位置太棒了，就在帝都的中心，楼下是东方新天地、隔壁就是王府井步行街，吃饭购物方便的不要不要的，走路十分钟直达天安门广场。由于假期Check in的时候还没有房，前台小哥哥态度诚恳，显示表示道歉，然后给我升级到了高楼层的景观房。客房服务很到位，每天打扫房间及时，还细心的把我随手扔在床头的数据线整理好。泳池是酒店的一大亮点，住这家酒店一定带泳衣来体验一下，儿子就因为泳池不想走了。表示下次来北京还要住这家酒店。

冲着游泳池去的，游泳池环境真的很好。使用东方广场停车位，停车费高，加了钱换了行政房，可以免费加床，第一次给的房间马桶水箱漏水，等了半天才换了一间，说要儿童拖鞋等了很久很久很久才拿来，五星级酒店来说，服务人员整体的服务意识都不高

酒店超级棒，外观及设施都是一级棒，下面就是东方新天地购物中心，西侧700米处就是天安门及故宫，北门出去后就是王府井步行街，还有协和医院，地理位置超优越。最主要的还是服务好，总是微笑、快捷。游泳池也是高大上，早餐也不错，总之下回还会来这里
