酒店的设施非常好，早餐那个丰盛啊，味道也不错！我和老公带着2岁半的宝宝在这里度过了舒适的两天。服务员的态度也很nice，给我们开门，办理酒店入住的前台小哥也帅帅哒，还可以给送行李。

酒店位置不错，离一号线王府井地铁站挺近的，边上就是个商场。然而酒店的软件有点差，两大一小入住，拖鞋只有一双，牙刷只给了一把，第一天要早睡，所以将就用了一把牙刷，小朋友有带自己的，结果第二天打扫过后，牙膏给扔了，牙刷还是没有补，这个在住过的五星级酒店还是第一次碰到这样的事情。酒店下面酥园的蛋糕倒是很不错，尝试了红丝绒，黑森林和巧克力树莓，大爱巧克力树莓，晚上八点过后对折
