前台两位小哥哥服务非常好，因为出差急需Wi-Fi，帮助我笔记本连接Wi-Fi，而且酒店Wi-Fi非常流畅，比别家酒店的Wi-Fi都要好，多亏了这次入住桔子水晶没耽误我的工作

到达时被通知需要等待一个小时房间才能整理出来，不光是我们一家，前台服务人员和工作人员态度非常好，但是也不能弥补酒店整体管理问题，哪个客人愿意在冬天到外面多等一个小时？希望酒店不要开源节流，整体影响酒店形象，花着1000一宿的费用，感受到的是300-400的印象！总体感觉很失望😞不过也感谢前台服务人员的帮助，你们辛苦了 新年快乐！

感觉很不错的酒店，服务好，起先的房间不喜欢，不厌其烦的帮我换了一间，退房时前台很热情，还送了小礼物，非常感谢，交通方便，一百米就有地铁七号线磁器口。环境干净，就是略微有点小贵。

先说位置 酒店位置可以说超级好了 门口就有公交 出门过个马路就有地铁站！贼方便 酒店旁边有好利来 好香！离几个大的商场也超级近 关键在这么市区的地方也不吵闹
再说一下房间的环境 定的榻榻米大床房 我对厕所环境要求高的也感觉蛮干净的 洗手盆在外面 干湿分离做的好
最后说一下服务 酒店服务员和打扫卫生的阿姨 态度都蛮好的！
