We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel's atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well organized, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality provided by the team. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the start; the reception team was very welcoming and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotless and well-organized, making it very comfortable to stay in.
I did have a small issue with the air conditioning controls, and although I couldn't communicate in Chinese, the staff was incredibly helpful—they sent someone up to our room immediately to fix it for us.
Regarding the breakfast, the selection wasn't huge, but the quality was good and the service staff were very attentive. The location is in a quiet, peaceful area, which is great for resting. However, keep in mind that it is a bit of a walk to reach the main dining and shopping areas, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great experience!

Great location. Very near the city center. Our room got upgraded for free and the room is very spacious. The staffs are very nice and approachable. May son loves the big panda in the lobby.

在网上面无意中搜到这家酒店，连住了六晚，家里人都觉得很满意。一是交通很方便，距离东单地铁站步行大概6-8分钟左右，坐地铁去北京景点都很方便；二是工作人员很热情，见到我们都会主动打招呼，我们的需求都能及时满足；每天的客房打扫都很及时，房间也都很乾净。三是酒店配备有洗衣房，这对拖家带口的我们来説实在是太方便了。会推荐给身边的朋友跟家里人，下次来北京会再选择这里～！
