仔细的对比了这附近几家价格差不多的连锁酒店，最终通过评论里的亮点确定了漫心。放下行李放心去玩，前台帮助取了四季民福的号，回来刷新下进度就可以顺利吃上啦！晚上没开空调睡就感觉没那么热了，虽然鼻子有点干。

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by staff with a poor attitude.
When we requested a room change, we were told an upgrade was possible after negotiation, which we agreed to and paid for.
However, the staff later gave us incorrect information regarding the price and then shifted the blame onto us, implying that we were being overly concerned about the money—when the mistake was clearly theirs. This was extremely unprofessional and felt like an attempt to avoid responsibility rather than provide proper customer service.
We were then told we were given a “room upgrade,” which initially seemed like a good gesture. Unfortunately, the room was located next to a sewage area. The smell was unbearable throughout the night, mixed with a strong duck-roasting odor. The entire room was filled with unpleasant smells, making it difficult to rest.
This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable

Excellent hotel with a perfect location, very close to Wangfujing Street, the Forbidden City, and other major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing!

早上到的所以不能入住，晚上回来的时候给了个房间，但是房间不能上锁。独自出行不是第一次遇到这种问题了，酒店前台解决的挺快的，给我升了一晚然后让我明天再收拾搬回去。最后给我的房间是p2，还挺好的。
酒店的空调是中央空调，只制热，晚上一直在流汗。前台説要凉快点的话只能开窗，我试试看开了点但是可能住二楼（旁边又有个烤鸭店），闻着有烟味还挺重的。白天不知道是不是有装修，但是晚上还挺安静的。五楼有洗衣机和餐厅，早餐挺好吃的（有几道菜有点咸）
整体住的还不错，非常靠近故宫了（走了十分钟左右就到东华门），地铁站也挺方便的，我一个人提着箱子也没觉得很麻烦。就是打车回来的通常都会堵车，打车走的话没啥事儿。

这家漫心是住过第二次了，去故宫就一定会定这家酒店。服务超级棒，每个服务员都是很亲切的，不是那种冷冰冰的商务礼仪式的微笑。地理位置也是超级棒的，旁边就是四季民福，酒店还可以帮忙取号，走路到故宫只要20分钟。设施，有小机器人送餐，然后马桶窗帘啥的都是智能的，就还行吧，主要是挺久了这家，所以淋浴喷头看着有点旧旧的，其他都很不错，装修也是比较时尚的风格。唯二不足的是，1.房间偏小，在某些房内结构设计上还是可以微调的更合理的。比如至少要留个能摊开24寸行李箱的位置。2.因为冬天大楼集中供暖，导致房间只有暖气，太热太乾，南方宝宝受不了啊。最后的解决方案就是关掉空调打开窗户，放个加湿器。希望以后能调整。

地理位置简直太好了，去故宫，王府井，天安门都超级近，三楼的阿姨特别好，很热情。前台的小姐姐也非常好，行李帮忙拿到房间，我走的时候还送到门口，房间有一个蓝牙音箱音质非常好，下次来北京还会住这里的，餐厅的炸酱麪挺好吃的，房间还送水果。四季民福和八爷涮肉都在附近，很好吃

原本订的房间没窗户，入住前有先告知有点闷热
果然真的很闷热觉得没办法睡好，所以最后我们自己加价升级到有窗户的房间
有窗户的房间很不错～ 服务人员也都很友善～
距离王府井很近，隔壁也有四季民福，跟柜台人员说想去的时间点，他们可以帮忙抽取号码牌～
走路到故宫也20分钟左右～
外卖也都是用机器人送餐，整体感觉很不错
*如果有怕闷热的人，即便是冬天也一定要住有窗户的房～

感官豆很棒的一家酒店，前台工作人员和打扫的阿姨都很友善，阿姨还帮我擦了行李箱。北京的天突然降温，前台领的矿泉水是暖的，有心了。五星好评的店，祝越来越好。这家店出门到哪儿都很方便呢。
