下午到达大酒店，停车场车位充足，还有两个快充位。大堂高挑明亮，入住时还奉上茶水！大堂经理还带我们上楼到房间，桌上已经放好欢迎水果，还有两杯刚泡好的宜兴红茶！第一次遇到这么贴心的酒店，普通房有水果就算了，竟然有茶！
第二天去开车发现车边有水迹，暗自奇怪哪来的水迹，到车前发现雨刷上夹着一张纸条，保安大哥给我们已经清洗了车??！太暖心！
早餐有当地特色的乌米饭，无锡小笼，口味上佳！
出入酒店，电梯间遇到服务人员，会问好，还帮我们按了电梯！
真五星服务！也是五星酒店设施！而且是三星价格！周边美食云集！是去宜兴市区游玩的不二之选

在订酒店前也是看了评论，这次体验真的超出预期。从办理入住开始就体验到了热情的服务。前台的工作人员帮我们拿行李送到房间，紧接着服务员送来了泡好的茶水和水果。房间衞生整洁，布局合理，设施也非常好。离店的时候发现保安把我的车子已经洗的乾乾净净，服务员帮我们把行李装到车上。这是我在国内遇到的最好服务。因为这家酒店，我还要来宜兴。

酒店很气派，前台工作人员办理入住速度很快，一进屋就有人送水果和红茶，游泳馆也不错，衞生乾净，服务员工作也很用心，给酒店一个赞??

Best ever service and room facilities quality. All facilities are new and good. Hotel crew bring us to the room which i never seen from other hotel, a credit fkr the service. Will visit again.
