  酒店前台电脑出了故障 耽误了入住 工作人员很积极地帮忙安排房间 升级到套房并延长退房时间 小朋友休息的很好 早饭也不错 酒店位置很好 这次没有泡到温泉 打算春天再去 泡温泉和挖春笋

  泡温泉选择了这家酒店，总体来説，服务很不错，早餐也比较丰富，有温泉（室内开放1个，室外开放5个）。下午1点可以开始泡，泡到10点。风景好，整体舒服度比较高，可以推荐来，

  服务热情，房间整洁乾净，我们入住 3 楼，面朝大山与池塘，天气不冷的话可以坐在阳台吹吹风，喝喝茶。酒店里面有温泉，室内室外都有，晚上泡一泡，很舒服，还有桌球厅，健身房，KTV，小童游乐场所， KTV 需要另外付费。酒店餐厅也不错，菜品丰富。酒店离竹海风景区也很近，步行十分钟就到。

  酒店安排很人性化，也非常幸运在新年得到了房间升级的福利。元旦带着全家出游，管家在出行前一天联系我确认出行以及预计抵达时间，很贴心！酒店规模很大，餐厅，小童乐园，温泉，游泳池，健身房一应俱全，虽然小童乐园比较小，泳池水温太冷不适合冬天，不过整体体验感还是不错的，早餐种类丰盛，满足各种口味需求。如果下次还去，我会选择春秋天，外出游玩会更舒适一些（配图前两张是在酒店外围拍的，很漂亮）

  房间很乾净 空间够足，工作人员都很热情，还给免费升级了带阳台的房间，在阳台上可以一览羣山 风景非常优美，早饭也很丰盛 很可口，下午房间还送了新鲜的小水果，退房时还送了两小包乌米。总之很满意 全是五星好评。我们都没玩够 ?准备春节前再带上孩子过来住两晚，以后来竹海玩就定这家了
