  酒店很棒，高铁站打车过来很方便，有接驳车接送，提前入住，还给升了房，环境相当不错，房间里设施也很棒，早餐丰盛，服务热情，酒店的餐厅也相当好吃，下次来宜兴还会选择入住

  房间不是很大但是整体非常乾净，小朋友很喜欢小院子的布景，居住感很好。其中有一些小问题，管家第一时间进行处理并且第二天晚上还升级了房间。从进入酒店开始不论是前台或者是保洁阿姨都热情友好，帮忙搬运行李等等。等我们走了以后发现丢失了苹果手表，前台两位小姐姐跟保洁阿姨都全程帮忙寻找。真的非常感谢！
