酒店非常注重细节，提前半天电话联系入住时间及询问车牌号码，刚停好车，礼宾吴涛伟迎上帮助拎包引领至前台，办理入住期间送上柠檬水，房间服务员已烧好水泡好茶，送上水果、报纸。第二天出发更是发现保安全师傅已将车身擦洗干净。非常满意的入住体验！

服务理念已经贯彻到每一个方面。举例：1 服务员送到我们房门口。2 开房时候服务员帮我行李箱擦干净。3 有欢迎茶水，做夜房的时间服务员发觉我抽烟，特意放了四颗薄荷糖，并且留言告知。4 退房的时候发觉车已经给酒店保安洗过了。总结：下次回宜兴首选酒店。

洗车服务是不错，可是把我们的车洗的全是划痕，客户经理一个劲的说自己酒店用的毛巾绝对不会这样的！没有一点处理问题的态度！再好的酒店也是白费
