和其他点评一样，服务超级好，下次还会来，很值得入住。特别是保安把我们的车子都洗的干干净净，礼宾大叔服务热情。餐厅服务也是ok，早餐很丰富，总之非常赞，超级好评。

酒店位于宜兴竹海附近，大环境优秀，靠山面湖，空气很好，冬天风有点大，进园区左手是温泉，天有点冷没去泡，右走是住宿，非节假日价格还OK，服务很好，管家领你到房间，介绍设施，订的庭院房，层高很高 导致的结果就是空调打不热，十几度，冬天还是收点影响的，晚餐也在酒店吃的， 味道很好，性价比很高，早上的自助餐种类丰富，取车时候发现保安大叔给洗了车，大冬天很辛苦，整个酒店个人比较安逸的感觉，下次还会入住

酒店服务很不错满分：刚入住就有酸奶、水果、热茶；客房服务随叫随到；前台有问必答、礼貌周到；保安还会帮忙洗车。
设施满分：半智能马桶、洗漱用品质量中上乘。
环境满分：部分建筑还未完工，但门口道路两边两排古树十分震撼。
唯一的遗憾是：庭院房中的庭院里没有灯，夜晚在院子里泡温泉略有不便；室内地板不防滑，鞋子打湿走进去很容易摔倒。
