早上八点到酒店办理的入住，订的是湖景房，下午玩好回来，拿到房卡进房间，两间房看出去全是大树。。。那算什么湖景房。。。一定要去楼下前台要求更换 换了两套九楼的，不知道酒店前台业务不行 还是自己分不清湖景和园景的区别……出去也不咋地。 湖离得很远很远，不提供早饭，没有下次

酒店依山傍水，气势宏大，占地面积非常大，园林式的酒店。酒店本身就可以是一个旅游景点了环境真的非常非常好；酒店距无锡几个有名的旅游景点也很近，非常方便。房间装修风格本人特别喜欢，大气优雅，干净整洁，细节上都做的挺好的。带宝宝来度周末的，客房中心还特供了儿童洗漱用品及拖鞋等用品，非常的人性化。总之呢，非常好的酒店，去无锡的首选，推荐。
