酒店环境好，晚上很安静。酒店的风格是我喜欢的，服务态度和善，入住后还送了应景的水蜜桃。已经不是第一次入住了，非常喜欢，下次还会继续入住。

下午三点半到酒店房间还在打扫，等了半小时才入住，晚上自助餐158一位性价比不高，周边都是饭店，不建议在酒店吃自助餐。服务真心一般般，和五星级差太远，电梯就像迷宫，去不同的地方要换最起码两部电梯，我从泳池去停车场换了三部电梯，从没有酒店是这样的布局。所谓的湖景房离湖太远，将就着看还行。总体来说，性价比不高，亲子的就别去了，周边江浙沪比这好的亲子酒店太多了。

最满意的一次入住酒店之旅，客服态度非常好，酒店服务非常到位，酒店本来已经没有房间了，后来经过协商免费升级了房间，非常感谢美丽的前台接待工作人员，服务非常好👍，酒店装饰高大上，房间能看到太湖或者山景，总之非常满意非常高兴！下次有机会一定再来入住！另外感谢同程艺龙的酒店预订服务，每一次都真实满意，比携程欺骗手段强一百倍！🌹
