地理环境极好，在房间就可以看到对面的鼋头渚景区。酒店花园超大，特别安静，鸟语花香。早餐不错，就是中式的太少，面条什么的也不好吃。小笼包和梅花糕都特别好。房间很喜欢，面积大装修品味喜欢。唯一吐槽的就是前台的态度！特别特别的一般，尤其是有旅游介绍牌子那个台子的接待，个子小小的，那个脸和说话态度极为差，满满的不耐烦和烦躁，话懒得多解释一句，问什么就是没有、不知道，我们就是了解一下酒店是否有联系一日游等旅游项目，我的天啊，把她给烦的呀！不明白为什么不高兴！完全不是五星级酒店，就连快捷酒店的前台都不如。结账时候的前台态度还不错。不是连锁酒店的服务标准就是不统一。其他酒店都很好，假期价格翻倍，房间配的咖啡太低廉。其他还不错。可能就是贵在酒店大环境好了。
