位置很好，比起观前街十全街更安静，而且可以步行到网师林，沧浪亭，酒店自身风景就不错，房间有点小，卫生间浴缸不好用

酒店在老城区到拙政园，狮子林，苏博2kilo公共假期车较难打。 离网师园，沧浪亭也不远，走过去大约十五分钟，人民路在修，现在不太好走，明年修完。酒店环境优美，这次太赶没能逛逛园子。 山水楼房间确实有点老，空调声很大，出门的时候刚好碰到工作人员，反应情况后及时修理，修理后声音小很多。希望有机会再次入住。

环境没话说，闹中取静，离观前街、平江路很近，步行可达；酒店的设施虽然不新，但是干净整洁，服务人员热情友好；园子虽然比较大，但是车位却不宽裕，来时开车木有找到车位，比较痛苦，不过早上和晚间还比较空嗒，推荐入住哟

酒店园林不错，交通方便，离地铁有些距离。住的山水楼，房间设施比较陈旧，但还算干净。电视遥控是坏的，冰箱不制冷，给酒店反馈后都比较快的解决了，但感觉肯定是不好的。最大的问题是隔音实在太差了。四月份中旬468的价格相对来说有些贵了。

房间设施相对陈旧 但是服务人员素质过硬 心里舒服
离主要景点有一定距离 打车基本11元左右 警惕苏州的部分出租司机 先是不打表 然后装彪不认识路
苏州也是旅游城市 边边角角的坏习惯很多 遇到麻烦一定要强势 另外手机上装好导航。。。
