住了多年，每次来苏州都住这里。闹市里却很安静，有自己的大院子，园中楼房间比较宽敞。虽然星级勉强四星（仅园中楼），但房屋配色品味很好，感觉舒服。以前服务特别好，只要有套房就会给老顾客升级。虽然这次也升级了，中间多了不少曲折。前台客服换了一些特别“坚持原则”的新人，对服务行业的灵活性和顾客至上的原则完全理解不了。是这么多年来人员最不舒服的一次，幸亏还有一些老员工没走，否则以后真不敢来了。

景觀很好的酒店，在古城區內，所以樓高不高，設施齊全，附近還有幾家蘇州有名的面店點心店，缺點是因為位在古城區，道路比較窄，交通稍稍不方便，其他方面都還不錯
