饭店具有苏州园林景观，环境很好，离景区都不远，酒店门口有旅2到拙政园等景区，坐出租车到景区不贵方便。门口有一些当地的小吃店，还不错。

春节假期间入住的，突然想去苏州玩，网上订房很方便。这个饭店位置超好，就在十全街上，离凤凰街、十梓街非常近，附近景点也多，走走就到了，平江路、盘门也不远。再说说设施，这次订了山水楼的房间，虽说设施不算新，但干净整洁，房间里有很大的一幅字作为整个墙面背景，蛮有味道的。饭店环境也很漂亮，江南的小桥流水，精巧别致。总的来说还是不错的，与对面的那家一字只差的著名饭店相比，胜在性价比高。
