预定了两间房，由于深圳台风飞机晚点，下午四点必须不能及时入住，打电话给前台说已经取消，急忙又从新预付定了一次。一般酒店在取消之前都会给电话客人，而这家酒店没有任何联系直接取消，并且前台女生装腔作势，明明就是个中国人，好像自己不会中文似的，极度反感，下次不会再入住。
