有几点可供酒店管理人员参考
1. 房间灯光很暗，而且窗户是有色反光玻璃，较适合喜欢情调的人。
2. 晚上其他房间用水，有惱人的用水噪音，影響入睡。不幸是本人入住当晚，对房住客打开房门，高声谈话，嘈吵非常，但无人管理。无奈！
3. 大堂员工礼貌很好，电梯大堂及楼层，走廊干淨明亮，但大堂亮灯少，有点像三四星酒店。

老五星酒店，设施一般，房间没有暖气，只有冷气，地毯也是脏兮兮。房间隔音不好，半夜被隔壁一哥们儿的呼噜声吵得睡不着。但是服务员都很不错，态度亲切有礼，点赞！地理位置超好，门前就是地铁口，对面是华强北商业街，出行逛街吃饭都非常便利

给人的印象很是温馨 前台提示很贴心 客房也很干净 不足的地方可能是酒店人员流动比较大 礼宾人员比较少 最后 新的一年 祝服务过我的每一位酒店人员都工作顺利 特别感谢商先生的热情问候 谢谢
