这家服务简直太好了，前台小哥，小杜服务态度好，孩子们喜欢这的环境，孩子们和家庭都喜欢，跟前也有好玩的公园，这次出游真的非常开心，点个赞，下次还会选这里的。先回家了

位置佳，临深圳湾口岸不远，周边还有海岸城，保利广场，人才公园能走走晃晃，亲子风格的可爱装修也很有感觉。前台及服务人员都很亲切热情，就是房间的两台电视都无法联网收看，床边的充电线也已经损坏，对于一家口碑及评价都不错的酒店来说相当可惜！

我们中午12时左右到店，她们将我们房间降低等级，之前一直在美x订都没有遇到这样。
我们订是轻享大床房， 20-25m的，她给我的是最细的房间，看我拍的图片（是标准大床房,15-20m），最初她还说我订的就是这种房间，要是我们不是之前住过的话，就被她骗了！

优点：
1）采用胶地板容易打理。
2）酒店大堂光鲜整洁。
3）附有备用被，夜晚唔惊会冻亲！
4）房间灯光充足。
5）房间电制充足。
6）提供一次性马桶垫，方便衞生。
7）风筒可移动，不用企系洗手间吹头。
8）淋浴露+洗头水可移动。
缺点：
1）一次性马桶垫可溶水，但纸质比较容易走位。
2）位置不近地铁站。步行路程大概810米。
3）电视盒播放电影广告极频密。
4）衣架只有木制和包丝带的，不能挂湿毛巾。
5）没有提供洗手液。（有番梘代替，但洗手液用一次按一次，不用浪费。）

A good place in a nice location with warm-hearted staff, and their coffee is quite alright. Not my first time here, and definitely not the last one ??. Ahhhhhhh neighbours!! Somehow the local culture presupposes grand noise: the bigger the better. My Chinese room neighbour left his TV on full volume and disappeared into the bustle of life beyond his room, not caring at all that he may be making trouble to his neighbours! I will probably never understand the value behind this much noise they make, but on a good side, the hotel helped solve this issue.

第二次入住这家酒店的熊猫主题房，房间布置温馨，居住舒适。位置非常好，距离海岸城购物中心不远，餐饮方便。酒店还赠送了咖啡和爆米花，服务很好。推荐入住。

设施：房间不大，没有窗，当然订房页面上已写明没有窗。其他设备还算齐全。另外床有点点高。
衞生：还可以，不过衞生间有点要返味。
环境：离地铁站稍微有点距离，到人才公园走路大概半小时。
