一家三口春节期间去玩的，提前预定的是九百不到一晚，窗外能看到大梅沙海景，但是酒店设施有点问题，沐浴间没有防滑垫，浴缸那的防滑垫很脏，然后洗脸池那水下不去，酒店里面的雨伞按键坏的，插座好多都很松，没法插，酒店星级在这，硬件应该要及时更新维护，整体环境不错，早餐也还好。离大梅沙不行五分钟。

服务态度很好，就是客房一进去有味道，房间挺大，海景不错，位置也方便，到大梅沙海滩5分钟步行。

服务很好，酒店有跟喜来登共用沙滩，并且安排了接送；因为腿不方便，酒店还提供了轮椅给我，免费使用，轮椅也是很好用的。
酒店的床很舒服，软软的。地毯需要更新了，略显陈旧，显脏。洗澡间要留意墙壁的清洁，地巾一定要有。

位置方便，离海滩，奥特莱斯，东部华侨城都很近，酒店自己的沙滩和对面喜来登是共用的，人明显少很多，过年期间价格小涨
