这次入住罗湖木棉花酒店体验真的超棒！前台小南服务特别热情周到，办理入住高效又细心,让人一进来就觉得很舒服。
房间乾净整洁，设施齐全又新，床品柔软舒服，隔音效果也好，住得特别安心。
楼下小南洋东北菜味道超正宗，菜品分量足、口感好，吃得特别满足。
门口礼宾员也超给力，主动帮忙开门，指引路线，服务热情又专业，细节满满。
整体体验满分，强烈推荐！

第一次来是20年，当时体验感非常好，这次入住一进房间地板上有一块很大的灰尘，想着可能是扫把或者拖把漏下来的没留意到，就没管了，结果洗澡的时候在厕所发现花洒头有一条头发＋灰尘，这衞生做成这样难以接受

房间空间宽敞、布局合理，床品柔软好睡，浅眠也能一觉天亮，隔音优秀、衞生无死角，浴室乾爽、水压充足，智能马桶、双接口充电、Appelles 备品，实用又有质感，地理位置优越，出门就是万象城，大堂吧有着文艺气息，有各种各类的书籍，还能喝咖啡，前台JIM服务也很热情，值得推荐

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk to MixC, with many restaurants nearby to choose. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable for three adults. It’s also easy to call a DiDi for pickup from the hotel.

A beautiful hotel nearby MixC if you are someone who loves high class shopping. Just take the left side of the hotel, go straight and you will find lovely cafes.
Do expect that price can be a bit high.
We were given a late check out 3pm by Elsa Zhen, biggest shout out to her for being kind and understanding.
The other highlight is the hotel professionalism, from the bell boy to the staffs who brought up / down our luggages together with our ironed clothes, they handled it so well, from opening the didi door car and hotel door etc.
We didnt receive such treatment in other hotels, kudos to Mumian.
Japanese smart toilet with auto bidet, great !
