Best in town: I love staying here, bed is nice the layout of the room was nice. Bar and gym are nice as well. Living here is very comfortable and If I have a plan back here this is my first place to stay.

体验非常之好，因为申请咗禁烟房间虽然开头觉得房间有烟味，但系金茂深圳JW万豪宾客关系的菠萝 Grace，很贴心，而且很helpful 帮我哋转换房间同埋跟进之后所有嘅服务例如**餐点又或者其他需要。全部员工都好有礼貌。
下一次一定会再嚟呢间酒店！

I really enjoyed my stay here! The service was excellent and the staff were so kind and attentive. Because my travel plans got delayed, they were happy to let me check out at 2pm, which helped a lot. A big thank you especially to Kyra, Grace, and Rafa for arranging everything so smoothly and making my stay so comfortable and stress?free. They even gave me lovely souvenirs to bring back to Hong Kong, and I enjoyed the free coffee during my stay - everything made the experience feel extra special!

房间很大，窗景很好，就是最近附近都是吊车工地，有些影响感观。自助早餐很好吃，中西都有。游泳池也很赞，小朋友很喜欢。出门就是地铁站，出行很方便。

在深圳度假选择金茂JW这个招牌进去办入住Rafa服务态度超级好 而且超有亲和力比起其他一些酒店冷冰冰和机械的态度这点必须值得夸！对酒店的第一印象打了极高的分数説説房间我很高兴的是房间里的音响真的音质很棒 整个酒店的地理位置也相当好 离机场只有十公里左右 旁边就是地铁站 去哪里都相当方便 总而言之 这次的体验完全就是一次很标准的奢华酒店体验！

入住金茂JW万豪酒店感受很棒！
酒店位置尚佳，离地铁站距离较近，2min步行即可到达，直接有4条地铁线，出行方便，也别是11号线机场线，到机场只要1小时不到。旁边就是商场，购物方便。本次住的行政房型，布局和动线都很合理，客房设施细节考虑周到，客房服务响应及时。
早餐品种多样，用餐体验不错。肠粉和拉麪现点现做，桌面有卡牌，避免了较多人排队拥挤。宾客服务团队热情周到响应及时。健身房和游泳池都比较乾净。整体感受不错！
