We had a really relaxing and memorable staycation. What made it even more special was the excellent service. A special shoutout to Dafne, who really made sure to meet our needs from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We are definitely going back soon.

带着家人来过结婚纪念日的，整体体验非常好。前台的服务态度特别好，还给我们升了房。在楼下吃完午餐两点多房间还没打扫出来，但是先让我们上去带孩子换泳衣去沙滩玩了，方便很多。升的套房很大，有个小客厅，带孩子特别方便，大浴缸小孩也特别喜欢。行政走廊方便随时带孩子去吃一点。在酒店碰到的服务人员态度都很好，总体体验非常不错，以后会经常带孩子去的。

酒店环境很好，Sirius 服务态度非常热情周到。酒店地理位置优越，出门就是地铁站，出行非常方便。房间乾净整洁，住得很舒服。然后这个酒店属于亲子酒店，对小朋友很友好，小朋友很喜欢他们的游乐设施，其中对他们的旋转木马爱不释手哈哈，还有室内波波池也很有爱…～离欢乐谷世界之窗锦綉中华都可以步行完成～

带小朋友出来玩选了这家亲子酒店，整体还可以。酒店里有专为小童打造趣味玩乐区域，游乐项目丰富有趣，孩子玩得尽兴。房间乾净整洁，舒适，各类亲子用品一应俱全。Aggie态度亲切周到，贴心照顾小童需求，吃住游玩都不用太费心，很不错，就是早餐厅人很多，排队等位久

The restaurant at the pool and bar was terrible. I asked a simple juice from the menu they said ? need to wait 30-35 min for that. The next day was Monday and the pool bar and restaurant were closed. There was no place to order a drink under the heat. The water is your only option if you are thirsty, thanks god! We also waited 45 min for a hanburger in the kids restaurant. Overall it’s not worth your money! Which is expensive among other shenzhen hotels. So that’s why we expected to have good service. But not even close! The worst Intercontinenetal hotel we stayed. Never again.

小童节带娃入住华侨城洲际，时隔三年再来，觉得仍然是深圳短途亲子游天花板。
房间装修复古雅致，空间超大，落地窗视野好，超大浴缸孩子超喜欢，居住体感特别舒适。酒店的沙滩和泳池是遛娃神器，细沙柔软、泳池可玩性高，小童游乐项目丰富，一整天都不愁没地方玩。服务热情细致，亲子出行体验感拉满，酒店餐饮周边商业比海边还是强太多，深圳亲子度假首选酒店，下次还会再来！

带娃来度假玩水还是可以的。各类设施设备齐全完善，泳池、休闲配套一应俱全，入住舒适惬意。因为临近六一办理入住的人很多，所以排了很久的队。不过酒店还是有采取一些措施。如果有安排椅子边排边坐可能就不用站得腰酸腿疼了。
感谢前台小哥后面的住房安排，特别感谢小田Aria全程贴心细致服务，贴心答疑、办事高效，整趟度假轻松舒心。
另外，个人觉得西餐厅会比中餐厅好吃，还以为这里的中餐出品不错……临走时才发现酒店有个侧门直接能进锦綉中华，不然晚上可以安排去那看表演……亲子游玩玩还不错，可以入住 一玩。

六一期间入住，酒店客流很大。尤其是表扬管家Sami，每次消息都回复得及时又耐心，服务很贴心。美中不足的是节假日人流量大，另外房间里的USB接口数量太少，多人入住使用不太方便，整体体验还是非常不错的。下次再试下酒廊服务和牛排馆。
