We chose this hotel mainly because of its unique and distinctive design—and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The overall concept is quite different from standard hotel chains, with many thoughtful details that make the stay feel special.
The location is another strong point. It’s situated in an interesting area, and the proximity to the metro makes it very convenient for getting around Shenzhen.
We also found the price-performance ratio to be very good. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality.
There are, however, two downsides from our perspective. The indoor pool was much colder than expected (around 19°C), even though it was advertised in the hotel as 26°C. For an indoor pool, this made swimming quite uncomfortable. We were offered compensation, which we appreciated, but it was still a bit disappointing, as we like swimming in the morning.
Additionally, the gym is quite minimally equipped. Since we like to stay active while traveling, this was a small drawback for us.
Service was generally okay: some staff members were very friendly, while communication was occasionally a bit challenging due to language barriers.
Overall, we would still recommend this hotel—especially for travelers looking for a stylish and refreshing alternative to the large, more standardized international hotel chains.

这次入住体验非常满意，酒店整体环境乾净整洁，设施齐全且维护得很好，装修设计感强，风格简约大气，住着很舒服。前台Josh和Harvey服务热情周到，办理入住高效快捷，态度亲切有耐心，细节处理到位。地理位置便利，出行方便，性价比很高，是一次很棒的住宿体验，强烈推荐，下次还会选择入住！

酒店非常好.特别是前厅服务，提名表扬cherry和heavery，服务优质有主动帮忙升级房间，酒店是艺术型酒店设计很超前，也对这个大公园也是很方便的有机会的话也会下次选择入继续入住西餐厅的景色特别的好

此次入住深圳回酒店，是一次休息之旅。酒店香氛，大堂小鸟设计书籍营造出让人即刻沉静的氛围。
员工服务主动周到，前台办理高效，还会主动介绍周边信息；提出需求后，回应速度也非常快。特别表扬早班小姐姐Cherry和Harvey小哥哥。
房间可以提供多种助眠枕，遮光窗帘等深睡细节，切实帮助放松。整体而言，这是一家能让人放下疲惫，通过细致服务获得真正休息。

酒店设计感很强，看得出很用心的设计和硬件条件。感觉软件速度稍显欠缺。早餐大部分需要现点，没有合理的安排会导致不清楚自己点的餐是否备好？以及自己点的餐被别人拿错都不知道，建议改善管理。房间都挺不错，就是旋转的柜子不实用而且有点困扰，每次用都得转，特别是每次都会自动转回衣柜那一面，我想喝水、拿饮料什么的都得再把柜子转过来，会有点烦。其他的其实都蛮好的，还是推荐

这次入住体验真的很棒！前台Josh cherry服务特别贴心，态度热情又专业，办理入住效率很高。酒店整体设计简约大气，很有质感，虽然开业时间不算短，但房间和公共区域都维护得非常好，乾净整洁、舒适安心。加上免费停车场，自驾出行特别方便，整体性价比很高，值得推荐。
