The hotel enjoys a convenient location, which made getting around the area quite easy. The room size was adequate and met basic expectations. However, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The air conditioning was turned off during the stay, and the hotel had left the windows open. This unfortunately led to mosquitoes entering the room, making it uncomfortable at night. Additionally, the in-room refrigerator was not functioning, and the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the location is a definite plus, the lack of attention to comfort and maintenance needs improvement.

来深圳看演唱会，酒店交通相当便利，就在着名的岗厦北地铁站，赶上了深圳马拉松，因为是坐动卧过来的，到的很早，前台小美女给我升了级，还排除万难给我早点安排出了房间让我能早点补个觉缓缓

房间所处位置极佳，交通便利，距离地铁口300米左右。前台服务热情，在我提出想换房时，他们周到有耐心，美女服务员带着我们跑上跑下，逐层考察选择，直至满意时止。房间内设施齐全，乾净整洁，是差旅游玩的理想选择。

必须给亿民**国际大酒店点个大大的赞！从入住到退房全程无槽点，前台工作人员耐心解答各种疑问，客房乾净整洁，床品舒适，衞生间宽敞到惊喜。酒店位置在市中心，交通便利，晚上还能俯瞰CBD夜景。性价比在福田五星酒店里很难得，还能享下次升级房型的福利，真心推荐给所有来深的朋友！

酒店大堂很大气，职员免费为我们升级，房间很大，特别是厕所??空间很大，乾湿分离，放了浴缸，也还有很多空间。
有点奇怪的是「酒店房间」走廊总有一些陌生人逗留，甚至围坐在地毯下聊天??

本来入住1913的尊尚豪华客房，但厕所一直一股很浓烈的渠味，就是下水道堵回来的气味，臭得不得了。跟前台沟通后派了一个清洁人员来说的确有味道但她处理不了。前台上来确认后只能要我大晚上带着两个小孩换房，还是换了一间少得多的2006号房间，但我付的可不是这个面积的价钱。厕所没有味道我相信是最基本的要求，连这点都做不到但要客人买单。
