每次过来这边都住这里，每次都会送来新鲜的水果，还是一如既往的好，房间干净住的很舒服，浴缸看起来也不错不过我没有在外用浴缸的习惯，所以每次都不用，这样阿姨收拾起来也简单方便一些，这次过来还去了泳池，在酒店的一楼，整个游泳过程中都是我自己一个人整个包场，想怎么玩就怎么玩哈哈

对前台Vicky印象满分，酒店环境不错，靠观澜河和泳池的这一面风景很好，可以免费去游泳，可惜我没有带泳衣。前台防疫工作做得很到位，会提醒戴口罩扫码登记消毒等等。接待员年轻有朝气，虽然大部分都是实习生，但是处理事情还是很有效率的。房间里没有异味，还送了冷饮和卡片，舒适。

房间宽敞面积大，超大的落地窗风景很好。房间卫生干净，服务及时，还送了欢迎水果。酒店有超多停车位，周边有商场，前台和礼宾的小哥哥小姐姐们服务很热情。还有机器人送东西到房间。整体来说性价比是比较高的，入住和退房都是大堂副理Vicky接待的我，帮我开车门拿行李，介绍酒店设施及周边。很喜欢她，高效，热情，开心。😊😊😊

迎亲的酒店选了格兰云天，工作人员提前帮忙布置了一些场景☺️给我们省去了很大的功夫，哈哈～虽然在退房押金上出了点小问题，但是从订房开始到最后前台的美女小怡一直很负责的帮我跟进😊蟹蟹喲～
