本来不想点评的，实在是有点无语，订了房也接到短信了，到了前台查不到，我就带着客人一直等，真是很尴尬，也不知道是艺龙的原因还是酒店的原因，前台让我打电话给艺龙，我就只好打了，十分钟之后艺龙回我电话顺可以了，让我去前台办入住我看着之前办的那个通道太多人，就换了个通道，结果，就是，办不了没有订单你给艺龙电话问一下吧，没了，这是五星级酒店么？笑容都没，这也就罢了，后来之前那个前台小哥很好人的帮我办了，很赞！虽然酒店不是很好，但是也会有很好的员工的！这一段结束了，晚了之后，我们几个朋友一起聊天，聊到比较晚，前面声音大了点，隔壁来投诉，我们也很不好意思就跟小声了，结果在后面二十分钟内接了两个电话让我们小声，我们真的时超低假声在讲话了，再然后居然大堂经理来敲门，还带了个宝安让我们小声！难道住在这就不可以几个人一起聊天了么？我要投诉！

在惠州也有间格兰云天。连锁的，觉得挺好的。刚好来深圳。就开了间，前台很好。因为没大床房了帮我升级到了行政房。位置不错哦 晚上睡觉很安静

总体来说还行，通过艺龙订的价格比较好。但是房间里边放扑克牌、零食之类的显得不伦不类，另外 USB接口、护肤爽之类的都没有
