首先要说酒店前台的朱彤先生人特别好，耐心细致的帮助看房型，以及介绍了各种优惠套餐的政策，点赞👍再说酒店位置特别好，马路对面就是世界之窗。距离地铁站，益田购物广场也是一路之隔。刚到门前门迎的小男生就主动帮着拿行李。服务很好，色调也好

下车在酒店大堂外面立马就有度假的感觉，两艘威尼斯船和半自动的威尼斯人在欢迎宾客。从大堂就很气派，空间高且布局紧凑，孩子看到一楼餐厅外专注且放松弹钢琴的黑人，也被吸引了。房间和床品舒适，最赞的是泳池，二层整层都是泳池和一个酒吧会所，氛围不错，半室外，空气好，水质保养维持良好，还有个室内的异国特色圆六穹顶的泳池相连为一体。酒店外面步行过个马路就是益田假日广场，吃逛玩很方便，商场外就是地铁口，一切都很好！孩子每天都迫不及待去游泳，走的时候也恋恋不舍，性价比很高，非常棒的一家五星酒店！

位置就在欢乐谷旁边非常方便。酒店氛围很好，舒适温暖。特别要表扬前台吴玉红美女和门口的礼宾帅哥，作为酒店第一印象，非常令人有宾至如归的感觉。
