连锁品牌的大酒店一直都是信心的保证，这次来到当然没有令我们失望，酒店前台的小姐非常帮忙，态度有礼，笑容亲切，尽力满足客人的要求，值得一赞。酒店房间整齐清洁，风景优美，地方宽敞。我们点的外卖都是由机械人送上来，小朋友看到十分高兴，下次再到南头必会再次光临。

服务不错，早上外出时下雨微雨，问前台借雨伞，服务员即拿过来，致电客服多要两瓶水，很快就送到。我这次订三个房间，要求三间相邻，酒店安排到了。通知其中一间房是庆祝结婚周年，酒店亦安排了简单布置及蛋糕。

酒店很新净，房间是无可挑剔的。我们当天晚上有包含自助晚餐，但是很不愉快，食物种类很少，有当值的厨师现场烤食物，但我们每次想取煎鱼，厨师也说已经预留给别人，去了6次，每次都说预留，但是餐厅的人根本不多，不知道是不是预留给自己厨房或工作人员私底下吃，因为我们有看到酒店的人员来取食物的，然后又看到有烧和牛粒，但从没出现供给客人，可能就是酒店的人扣留起自己吃的。第二天早餐，也是没有什么好东西吃，说丰富早餐的人是昧着良心吗。总结，没下次再光顾餐饮，只住房间就可以了。

孩子超级喜欢这家酒店，因系空间很大，有一条很好玩的滑梯。
浴室很大，淋浴间除了有大人用的花洒，还有一个孩子用的，十分贴心。
订房时备注了三个小孩，到房间，已预先安排好足够的拖鞋，毛巾和牙刷，牙刷分的性别还是正确的。

Great city view. We loved the gymn. The self laundry service is of great help. The service staffs are courteous and helpful. We especially want to thank Mr Jeffery Lin for his great service rendered to us during our stay. Breakfast menu could be better.

酒店装修好有家嘅感觉，环境清洁，服务员有礼貌，交通方便，远离口岸，附近没有大型商场，要乘坐地铁到大型商场，幸好附近有KFC和其他饮食。如要去南头古城，可步行10分钟左右就到。

优点：
- 地点优越，中山公园站B出口已经到酒店
- 房间大，冷气充足
- 厕所空间大，沐浴液几香
- 床铺枕头都好舒适，仲有软和硬两款枕头，赞
- 因为电视睇唔到，工程部人员上门跟进，态度良好有交带，赞
缺点：
- 水压不足
- 入住时洗头水得返好少，房间服务员应该没有补充，要留意
- 早餐选择少，不过我好少住深圳酒店，不知比其他深圳酒店是否已经叫多??
