第二次入住，还是一如既往的好，前台看到我带着小孩，还优惠价升级到亲子房，小孩很喜欢！晚上还有免费宵夜，安排很贴心。

+Atour mattress and pillow. For me personally this is the key selling point and main reason of selecting Atour hotels. I have travelled across the world and I have not yet found better mattress pillow combination.
+The cleaning aunties were cool and were doing excellent job. I found the room very clean.
+The neighbourhood is quite nice. There is a backyard square and some restaurant options.
-I found the reception staff not as professional and warm as in my other Atour experiences in Nanjing and Zhangjiajie. Seemed slightly uninterested.
-There was some slight mold on the ceiling of the room. I only discovered this during my last days of my stay.
-Poor light design. Very dim lights in the room in all areas. It’s difficult to apply make up.
-Laundry area slightly older than other Atour hotels that I have stayed. It worked though and is nice to have a laundry when you travel long term.
-Overall the hotel is slightly more dated than other Atour that I have been.
All in all, it was a solid stay. I would recommend.

这里交通非常方便，就在南油这个区域，距离南山博物馆。来福士，等都很近。出行方便。房间整洁。深夜粥到暖人心暖人胃。早餐也非常不错??

办理入住的时候，前台主动给倒了一杯热茶，很贴心。前台泽壹小哥哥服务态度很好，很热情。酒店离地铁口很近，周边蛮多美食小吃的，位置很方便。房间衞生乾净敞亮，外卖有机器人能送上楼。总得来説，体验感很好～
