大堂环境高大上，服务也很好，房间挺大，该有的都有。唯一吐槽的是早餐，没多少东西，地方太小又压抑，味道难闻，菜不多也不好吃，除了人工现磨现做的咖啡，人多的跟菜场，性价比超差！万豪里最差的地方，其它都很好！

酒店高端大气，设计风格独特，令人眼前一亮，房间设施完善，细节到位，服务态度好，还帮我换了无烟房，早餐丰富，唯一不好的是空调风声有点大，体验非常好

位于大东海边上，位置方便。因朋友住在隔壁的鲁能山海天，故选择了这里。入住时电脑系统出了问题，前台妹妹贴心地送了两份大堂吧饮料作为补偿。办理入住时态度还是不错，只是告之我订的大床房没有了（不知道是不是真的没了），不断游说我加300升级。吃了晚饭回来房卡居然打不开房门，等了半天，来了两拔人，还找到原因，后来又奇迹般的打开了，住了几十年酒店第一次遇到这种情况，也是醉了。又作为补偿，送了一个果盘。整个酒店人特别多，闹哄哄的，有点郁闷。总体来说性价比将就吧，价格小贵。泳池玩乐设施也是坏的，儿童俱乐部活动被告之没有材料取消，本来酒店就没有自己的沙滩，还没有什么活动，真的不太适合家庭亲子。
