酒店服务很好，还给了一间海景阳台房，延迟了退房时间。酒店的早餐和儿童俱乐部也不错。只住一晚有点遗憾

设施不错。就是房间隔音太差。晚上隔壁闹到4点过我们这边听得很清楚。打了两次客服，听见客服给隔壁打电话，然后就没有然后了，隔壁继续闹。今天起来打电话给客服说能不能延迟退房，我们没睡客服就说不好意思，然后就是不好意思，只能延迟一个小时。。。本来很好的体验，结果搞得比较不愉快。服务还不如银泰。再说说卫生，我们住了两晚，第一晚去地上还有之前客人留的头绳，第二天让打扫卫生，香皂都没给我们换。。。
