酒店位于大东海沙滩一端，离主沙滩和商业区都不远，属于闹中取静的地方，去鹿回头公园步行爬山20多分钟也能到，位置优越。设施很新，卫生条件很好，只是入住的房间与隔壁有一个门，隔音非常差，隔壁说话仿佛在一间屋子里，建议店家解决一下这种房间的隔音问题！东翼尊贵海景房海景视野一般，感觉性价比稍逊色，其他都还好。

酒店环境和服务都很好，出门几分钟就是海边和商业区，吃饭购物都很方便，而且还不吵。酒店有到大菠萝和第一市场的班车，很方便。br想说说担保付费和代金券，担保付费是付给网站，基本和酒店没有关系，入住完成后会返回原账户，离店时要付酒店的费用。连住两天以上会有100元代金券，但是在酒店就餐有住店客人价，代金券不能同时用，在入住时酒店前台会提醒办理会员，会员在酒店就餐九折。
