其他都还好 就是退房排的人太多了 退房为什么还要排队到前台进行 既然已经刷了预授权 直接扣款就好了 太不人性化了 跟别的五星比起来 觉得很不方便 太耽误时间了

感覺青香閣在重新裝修了以後，房間入住後，第二天總是會頭疼！不知道什麼原因，其他方面，都很好！很滿意！

网上挑选半天酒店最终选定香格里拉，原本定的是青香阁吧，貌似是酒楼，相对价格便宜些，到店后前台人员贴心的转到了盛世阁……新阁，装修格局都很大，性价比老高了，前台小姐姐还送了一朵玫瑰花花😊😊😊，Kenta和Gina服务真的很好哦……点赞点赞

酒店老旧不说了，五星的服务还不如三星！服务太差了，入住慢，早餐很普通，还要站在门口排队等着进去，退房发票打不了，留了信息说给快递，五天还不寄出。打电话去催，一个电话等了六分钟，前台不接电话，自己断线，总机人员还不肯留电话回拨过来。我怀疑我住的酒店叫香格里拉！！！不会再住青岛香格里拉！！！
