入住两天后又续住了一天，在这三天中盛世阁16楼做衞生的阿姨给我们此次度假增添了无比美好，她温暖的笑容、关切地话语、热情的工作态度都是我们美好的回忆！

酒店房间设施略显老旧，房间和洗手间不是特别大。不过其他设施和服务一流。早餐和晚上的自助餐选择很多，各个国家和风味的菜式都有。自助晚餐还有大闸蟹和海蔘。整体来讲是很不错的入住体验！

衞生：房间非常乾净敞亮，不管是床铺还是洗手间都非常整洁。
环境：酒店整体环境舒适
服务：重点是服务非常好，上下车以及办入住都有工作人员帮忙提行李，打扫房间的工作人员看到我出门也会客气询问方便打扫的时间，退房时是Cora小姐姐办理手续，工作人员服务态度也很好。
餐厅：在酒店餐厅用过一顿午餐，虽然超过了用餐时间，但工作人员主动询问是否还可出餐，在疲惫的工作状态下，真的感到非常暖心。
下次来青岛，还会选择在此入住。

由于酒店各方面非常令人满意，早餐品种丰富，晚上自助餐品种丰富性价比高，所以继续续住多一晚，以后再到青岛旅游还是首选的酒店。

酒店地理位置很好，就在五四广场边上，地铁什么的非常方便。整体服务水平是够五星级的，进门都会主动帮着拿行李之类的，遇到问题也都是及时解决

定了套房，一共住了5个晚上。完全不舍得离开。房间虽然不是最新的装修，但是非常乾净衞生整洁，所有设施保持的非常好！服务完全是超预期，一是非常人性化（比如我们因为时差半夜入睡困难,但是早上醒不过来，酒店特地让维修水管的工人11点过后再施工），二是服务速度响应的非常快，每次提出一点需求都会被真诚对待。我们使用了行政酒廊服务，很实用，特别是有孩子,还有工作出差，有晚饭简餐，有零食水果。环境也很好！
