服务态度和酒店设施就不多说了，五星好评。地理位置真是方便，离五四广场、万象城步行几分钟即到。当然住酒店最注重的还是早餐，香家的早餐品种多，中式和西式之外有日式韩式的选择，每天换着花样吃。大厅的下午茶还不错。

本来答应前台要给好评的，但是说好给个高楼层的好房间，最后等了一个小时也没有给，我还是决定如实评价。下午三点到酒店，说需要等房，带着孩子等了一个小时过去，说没有好，说要不换个房间吧，结果换到了很低的五楼，但是我确实不想等了，所以将就了，到了房间看到里面还有个门，我以为是通往楼梯的消防用门没有在意，出去逛街吃饭，晚上回来后马上去游泳，等我十点多回房间发现隔壁是房间，有人入住了，那个门根本不隔音，隔壁人打开塑料袋拿东西，说话的声音我都能听得很清楚，可是太晚了我又不想折腾，犹豫许久只能提心掉胆睡下了，幸好早晨隔壁没有太早起床，还能睡到天亮，这几年带着孩子到处玩，五星级酒店也住过快上百次了，但是这是我入住体验最差的，虽然前台和泳池的服务态度很好，但是房间太差，我也不明白为什么等了这么久给个低楼层的房间就算了，还给个可以连通陌生人客房的房间给我，听了好久隔壁吵架，很闹心，我一般还算能容忍，但是这次实在很崩溃，所以第一次写那么长点评，香格里拉，从此我们不会再去了……
