第一次到盘锦，订到这个酒店，整体很满意。房间很宽畅，衞生间乾湿分离的，有浴缸??，孩子还泡了澡。马桶有点挤，给配了一次性马桶垫，很人性化。前台服务态度很好。还送了小朋友礼物。谢谢。早餐种类可以，但是味道都不突出。建议加强。停车也很方便。

睡了一晚，只能説性价比很一般，跟前台沟通也没体会到什么服务，不能视客人真实情况提供对应的服务，约定的时间也没按时回电话，也不接受携程的沟通服务，格局不够大，不过也无所谓吧，下次时间充足不会选这家。我认为酒店很重要的一点就是人文关怀和服务理念。
