  设施配置不次于希尔顿这一类四星酒店 但隔音差 服务配置跟不上 人摔倒在早餐餐厅楼梯位置两分钟没有一位工作人员进行问询和搀扶 前台没有配备简易的医药箱 询问前台人员索要碘伏创可贴时前台人员没有进一步问询受伤情况 人员培训服务有待提升
