  很少会给出差评，但这次真的是很不满意。首先，房间设施无法使用，不知道是常态还是意外，但并没有被告知。浴区的管理也非常混乱，通过禁止吸烟和常住的烟灰缸就可见一斑。我们不是第一次来都很困惑。早餐更是让人无语，咖啡説昨天没有咖啡豆了，依然是没有任何提示，而且服务员态度非常的冷淡。後来有服务人员过来解释説从其他地方弄了些来，但足见应对十一的准备是非常不充分的。另外想説的是，他们家很多事情都需要按金，都斤斤计较。这个是所有前来这里的人都需要面对的。请大家注意。

  酒店非常不合理，预订的时候携程上照片里都在宣传泡汤，温泉，各种水上活动。到了才被告知都要收费，一个人一百多。这种事我们在其他温泉酒店没碰到过，价格永远包了，哪怕是一天一次入场。 第二按金要2000，有点奇怪了，洲际万豪凯越也没收两千，我们也没有住一周啊，就两晚。 第一晚浴缸漏水，而且浴缸的水压非常小，放了半个小时基本上1/5满，水也从热变冷了，感觉是故意的。热水都去温泉那了。 房间里水就是两小瓶，説多余两瓶要多了説需要收费。 酒店房间很大，但是真的没用心，照片里可以看到地毯都是乱铺也没有锁上。我强烈建议大家不要来这家。坑。我回杭州後也会告诉同事朋友亲戚可以避免这家了。携程也会投诉的。 唯一好的就是清洁阿姨服务态度很好，餐厅的服务员也都很不错。

  收费也不是很高，早餐也好吃！就是这管理团队太死板了！政策口径还不一致，一人説一点半以後可以点餐，去了才知道一点半以前点餐

  各个方面都符合星级的配置，就是周边餐饮少了点，但好处是晚上睡觉安静。建议先租车再入住，我先入住後租的车，不太方便。房间大，早餐也很不错。
