酒店超五星，几乎完美！通过携程订房被坑了，3000多人民币的房费订的双大床房被携程安排了很小的榻榻米房间，投诉解决不了问题，最后说赔偿300元，彻底的垃圾服务！幸好酒店主管免费帮我们升级了5000多人民币的大套房！感谢那位美女主管！再次对携程的垃圾服务表示恶心！有问题就推脱责任！以后大家对携程留心点吧，无法用言语表示对携程的愤怒！垃圾携程！

本次台湾环岛游，住了这里、台南香格里拉、垦丁夏都、太鲁阁晶英等酒店，这家最满意。酒店周围环境优美，有山有水，散步骑车都很舒服。房间内有温泉，楼下也有泡汤池。早晚餐自助都非常丰盛。带小孩子的，房间里有送给孩子的玩具，有孩子专用的拖鞋、睡衣、洗漱用品。我认为物有所值，唯一的遗憾是住的时间太短。

虽然价格比较贵, 但是位置优越, 服务到位, 感觉受到贵宾的款待, 装修不是特别的华丽, 但是进去酒店就马上感觉很放松, 风景很漂亮, 自助晚餐很丰富, 中式晚餐就稍微没有什么特色, 但是整体还是很不错的.

超级棒的豪华酒店，在房内就有景观温泉池，干净。包早晚餐，早餐一般，晚餐内容很丰盛，海鲜够新鲜。服务一流，一对一，有贵宾待遇。周围环境美翻了，特别喜欢早晨的湖面。还会再次入住。

这才是真正的度假，吃得好睡的好服务到位，风景相当赞！晚上还有表演，PS：不会闽南话听起来费劲.....房间很大很奢华而且还有车接送客人。下次会再来
