记得多年前第一次入住时真的被惊艳到，服务环境温泉餐饮各方面都很棒，推荐给许多的朋友。后面又相继住过几次虽没有第一次惊艳但是起码维持五星级水准以上。这次入住感觉真的一言难尽，服务是一如既往的好，但是房间卫生和设施实在是……请看图。

如果涵碧楼作为日月潭最高端酒店之一，房价也最高，但除了清晨湖面景色更美之外，那绝对推荐云品温泉酒店根本不亚于涵碧楼，真正感受到超乎期望的品质服务，酒店每一位服务人员都非常真诚，细心，我的切身感受，喜爱至极。

非常好的酒店，特别是风景，有个小阳台，晚上吹吹风看看风景，很舒服。房间内的温泉池也棒。行政酒廊在天台，服务态度很好！
