房間真的蠻小的，因為飯店是L型，所以湖景有一半會被檔掉，還蠻讓人傻眼的
個人是建議有住雲品的預算，倒不如多加幾千塊住涵碧樓

酒店的服务非常满意，台中高铁的免费接送非常方便，中餐厅的晚餐非常棒，房间看日月潭的风景非常美，免费的环线车很方便。

酒店服务很好，位置不错能看到湖景，订的含早餐晚餐，出品不错，房间设施很新，有室内温泉，小朋友一定要加2000多台币，本来订的本来就是家庭房，前台答复小朋友多一人就算不加床也要加钱。

酒店很新，整体有点日式温泉酒店的感觉，一楼有很多游乐设施，十一岁的儿子玩的很开心。我们的房型两张床很大，孩子不需要再加床。定的时候没有办法变成三人入住，在前台补了三百多人民币，但贴心的预备了儿童牙刷拖鞋，很不错。
入住当天是老公生日送了一瓶红酒，老公很开心，唯一遗憾的是不知为什么房间的贺卡上写的是其它人的名字。
早餐还可以，出门就是日月潭，早上散步很舒服，有机会想再去多住两天。

超五星酒店，服务特别好，细心，房间里的设施齐全，可以再放房间泡温泉，榻榻米房间还有茶具，可以品茶的哦~

可以加床，有停车场，湖景房视野很好，四週景点很多，酒店内设备齐全，吃的也不错，下次再来还会来这一间。
