总共住了五天四夜，三晚豪华客房，一晚泡池别墅。酒店环境硬件优雅，性价比极高，特别是别墅，强烈推荐。服务员态度很好，我不知道这么多差评是怎么来的。反正我入住过全球众多五星级连锁酒店，我觉得这里综合性价比是丽江最好的。特别是前台Molly服务极好，为我们免费延迟入住。
酒店豪华客房设施虽然不算很新，但还是很舒适卫生，同价格比客栈好非常多。早餐丰富，有马车游览酒店，酒店非常大。别墅环境设施无可挑剔。还有自行车可以出租。很完善。
如果说唯一让我不满的地方就是第一天入住时间收拾房间太久，四点半才有房间。等了一个多小时。礼宾部人员不足。其他方面，综合价格，绝对超值。反正我是强烈推荐。

距离束河古镇步行二十分钟，打车起步价，环境幽静舒适，早餐丰富、晚餐价格合理、私密性很好，但无人机闯入后整个世界就不好了，温泉需要提前四小时通知，早上起来水凉了，晚上回来水也凉了，服务配不上房价。

酒店设施一流，就是前台接待和送行李的服务员态度不怎么好，估计十一客人多忙不过来是吗，为什么不增加人手呢，搞得都像客人欠他们钱一样拉张脸，有损高级酒店形象啊。
客房服务的人员还是蛮热情，反应速度挺快的。

酒店还是很不错的，本来给5分，服务扣一分是迎宾在玩手机不搭理人。其他都很不错有小动物鸭子鹅孔雀兔子，酒店的房间野很舒服，198一位的火锅烧烤自助很有性价比，比我们在璞修雪山酒店598一位良性太多
