服务太好了，环境、景观都很好，在涑河古镇门口几分钟路程。之前订的豪华大床房空调有点冷，酒店给免费升级了别墅，前台小姐姐加了微信，有问题就微信，我自己行李箱密码忘记了怎么也打不开，酒店竟然帮我破解了密码打开了。尤其感谢Emily。还有主动给我送加湿器的客服服务小姐姐。

第二次入住，位置方便，束河古镇就在旁边，去城里古镇、白沙古镇都很近。强烈推介独栋小院，小孩子玩的开，有小动物可以互动，酒店中庭正对玉龙雪山漂亮，遗憾的的是这次来漂亮的孔雀没了，也可以理解保护野生动物嘛。酒店服务很周到前台Emily照顾周到，赞👍。

真是超过预期的体验。买的两间独栋别墅，酒店的环境非常好，就在束河古镇边上，能直接看见雪山。非常喜欢酒店餐厅里用客人吃剩的面包收集起来用来喂小鸭子的环保做法。值班经理Tess和薇的服务非常好，快速帮忙协调了问题并解决！已在朋友圈推荐，非常满意的体验！

去云南住过最好的酒店、房间很大、很有特色、服务也很好、早餐都是送过来、因为晚上11点突然预订的、所以一家5口人分开住、要是有挨着的会继续住下去、下次一定提前预订
