Villa is really spacious but may require 5-10 minutes of walking from hotel lobby. Floor heating is a nice bonus in winter. Groundskeeper were friendly to assist us and getting us settled in. Butfet breakfast had a decent spread of Western and Chinese cuisine.

非常宽敞的酒店！环境非常优美，在院子里可以看到雪山。服务也很好，接驳车非常方便。去雪山比古城少大概十分钟车程，去束河也是不步行距离。

酒店地段优越，雪山背景的园林设计超美。非常欣喜的是酒店的服务，入住时，客房服务已经提前打开地暖，欢迎水果和赠送的土鸡火锅餐体现宾至如归的服务理念。离开酒店时，来不及去邮局寄旅游明信片，前台服务员VINA协助去寄，非常感动。

纳西风别墅藏在200亩园林里，推窗即见玉龙雪山，地暖+浴缸超舒适。早餐中西合璧，电瓶车随叫随到，Rita服务好。离束河古镇超近，度假感直接拉满！
雪山下的隐世秘境太绝了！湖水环绕的庭院静谧雅致，Rita服务贴心，是丽江之行最难忘的休憩地～设施年份是事实。但是衞生可以。**东西前台帮忙拿到房间，服务很好。
套餐很优惠。住得满意。

强烈推荐的一家酒店。酒店的环境优美，正对着玉龙雪山，风景如画。酒店的建筑和装修风格很有当地纳西族特色，这次升级住的别墅环境清幽，非常舒适。早餐很赞，尤其推荐当地特色的米线，青稞麪包等各种小吃。酒店的服务人员都精神饱满，对客人关怀备至。礼宾部的几位小哥特别给予表扬，开电瓶车接送客人热情周到，反应迅速，令人宾至如归。有一位礼宾小哥冬天只穿一件短袖，身体特别好，令人印象深刻！

衞生：打扫的很及时，早上九点吃早餐，回来都收拾差不多了，这点比一般别墅及时，非常满意
环境：环境整体有点萧条，早餐的小麪包不是太好吃，可以考虑麪点师的提升
服务：相对朴实，缺少点热情。
那个旅拍不是不能有，能不能找个好点的，花钱不説，效果极差，跟三亚的铂尔曼别墅旅拍没法比，有点拉低酒店水平和好感度，不然就满分了。
