来过多次济南，五星级酒店基本也都住过了，洲际说是最佳应该不为过。酒店硬件好，设计风格比较现代。位置也好，就在购物中心里面，各种需求都能满足。工作人员非常专业热情，会员入住还有专属水果。总机小楠十分给力，所有困难都得到了解答和帮助！

位置优越，前台给免费升级了景观房，态度没得说，但给的是吸烟层，房间烟味、异味非常大，给了净化器也没用。重点是房间窗户不能开，就连楼道都是全密闭的没窗户，天长日久烟味和各种杂味肯定越积越重。房间内设施也挺旧的了，墙面感觉不干净。玻璃门也没擦干净，都是指纹什么的脏东西，实在有些不符合五星酒店的标准。早餐有服务员领到座位，本来没打算继续让她服务，她又主动问我们要喝什么，说是给拿过来，结果等到快吃完也没见人影。整个感觉就是态度好，但做的不到位。住了一天提前退房了。
