位置非常好，离景区和商区都非常近。酒店很华丽，设备设施非常完蒈，隔音还不错，住起来很舒适。服务非常好，感谢预订部杨阳和前台的董炫君还给升级了房间非常专业又热情，服务高效，如沐春风。

突然想爬泰山，所以就过来了。开始准备订的济南香格里拉，因为经常住比较熟悉。但朋友推荐这家酒店，所以就订了这家。很棒的三天入住体验，我属于比较挑的人，所以房间都是一天一天订，就是不满意了可以退。房间干净整洁，而且服务很到位。
特别表扬客房服务的吕小姐！！！脚之前蹭了个口子，需要换创可贴，她不是常规的回答送过来，而是先问我的状况，这点很感动。而且那时候时间已经凌晨两点多了。后面退房的时候，腿比较酸，也是礼宾的小哥帮我送的行李，感谢。
